This is NOT a “baked” potato, it is a
steamed potato. Baked potatoes should
be put into a hot oven with NO foil and
no butter or oil on them…just coarse salt
covering them.

Cool idea however I would recommend poking your potatoes BEFORE wrapping them in foil as there will be bits of foil that end up inside your potato… chomping down on aluminum isn’t always fun
